When I came home from high school I would get on computer or play video games till night time. But the thing I regret most is all the time I spent online. I have assault charges, did drugs for decades, and some nagging diseases. Its really ez to fix if you're not mentally disabled like us with ASPD. People ALL think they are psychopaths these days, but they are really just autistic asf. The vast majority of people are detached with poor social skills.

The modern world is full of people being assholes, violence in media, and dissociation due to technology. Your brain literally just combines all the things you do during the day and tries to make sense of it. Stop playing violent video games and being angry with the world and your brain wont turn to that. If someone were to attack me physically I would probably hurt them pretty bad or kill them, sure, but I live in a very safe country, so I doubt I'll need to. But again, I'm not out to make trouble or hurt people on purpose, it just doesn't give me pleasure. However, addressing your question, I do remember spitting on a guy that breathed his smoke at me yesterday, that was funny, he wasn't expecting it (I'm pretty small). If that makes sense? But I don't hold grudges, I'm not affected by people's words and I generally don't give a fuck, I tend to stay away from people anyway if I can help it, I prefer to be alone and out of the way. I'm very hard to upset, I don't feel sadness, and I don't feel embarrassment because I don't care what others think of me, unless I need them to think highly of me for something I'm trying to get or achieve.
